                      Nowadays, by analysing the complete life-cycle of
               our products, we can estimate that a traditional safety
               shoe accounts for more than 15kg of CO2 per pair.

                      To take real action and to reduce our carbon footprint, we have launched our J-Clean

               CSR initiative and created the J’respect collection:

                         Biomass Balance Polyurethane



                              Developed in collaboration with BASF, this sole is designed from 100% renewable
                              materials and without any fossil fuels. This is the Biomass Balance approach.
                              The next-gen PU of the J’respect sole is made from recycling and fermenting
                              organic waste.



               Our CSR commitments and the creation of the J'respect collection have enabled
               Jallatte to reduce the CO2 emissions of a pair of safety shoes by an average of 10
               to 20Kg, i.e. a carbon footprint reduced by 50% to 65% depending on the model!
